This month our Community Outreach Team continued its ongoing support to FOB Hope, helping local unhoused vets. In the past, FOB maintained a tent camp with services and we cooked and delivered meals once a month. Now the encampment is gone, unfortunately, but for scattered site vets we purchased sleeping bags and tents using our committee budget plus a grant from Thrivent Financial. The program director is distributing these tents and bags now.
