The Monthly Reading Group will discuss the PBS documentary “Hannah Arendt: Facing Tyranny” and the short book On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, at the home of King and Dee Schoenfeld.
The Monthly Reading Group meets every fourth Sunday of the month (working around holiday weekends) in the home of a parishioner. Each meeting is facilitated by a different participant, and often, discussion questions are sent to ahead of the gathering to get the intellectual juices flowing. The group selects the book together for the next month. An email is sent the week before with the location address and any details for the evening. Everyone is welcome to attend.
