Easter Vigil Feast: A Taste of Christ Church
The Easter Vigil has always been a celebratory feast for our hearts and minds, but our bodies as well. It is the night on which the lenten fast is broken. This year, in addition to our strawberries and champagne, you are invited to bring a basket of your favorite foods to share. It can be anything: the foods from which you fasted, the treasured family sausage recipe, the secret wine you make in your cellar, your favorite junk food stack! Bring the basket into the Sanctuary where they will be blessed at the end of The Great Vigil, taken into Wells Hall, and placed on tables to be shared with all. In order to facilitate sharing on small plates, please prep it for small bites.
