2026 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Christ Episcopal Church will be in Wells Hall on February 1st immediately after the 10:30am service. We will discuss our budget, elect parishioners to the Vestry and our Diocesan Representatives to our Diocesan Convention, and share the stories of how God is working in our midst at the corner of K Street and Division.

Member Participation

All members of Christ Church have voice and vote at the Annual Meeting, and non-members are welcome to attend as observers. According to the Canons of The Episcopal Church, a “member” is someone who is baptized, confirmed/received faithful in worship, receives Holy Communion at least three times per year, and supports the parish with a pledge to the general fund, or at the discretion of the Rector, service.

Members, when you arrive, please sign-in so we can confirm the required quorum.

At various points in the meeting, there will be opportunities for members to ask questions. We will do our best to answer immediately, and follow-up where we need to go deeper.

Annual Meeting Reports

When you arrive, there will be an 2026 Annual Meeting Agenda with Hymns printed and available at all place settings. This includes summary financial information.

The 2026 CCPT Annual Meeting Report contains 40 (yes, FORTY!) pages that testify to the deep soil that is nurturing our community. Only 1-2 full reports will be printed and placed on tables. So please, read ahead on a device of your choice.

Vestry Elections

We have three members who have stepped forward to join the work of the Vestry. You may read their bios in the 2026 CCPT Annual Meeting Report. Nominations will be taken by the floor for those willing to commit to the work of the Vestry.
