Our Hunger Walkers!

The month of May is Hunger Awareness Month in Pierce County.  Your Christ Church Tacoma Team kicked off the month once again by participating in Emergency Food Network’s Annual Hunger Walk that took place on Saturday May 3 at Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood.  Our congregation has been a faithful participant in this important community event for many years.  

Throughout the Month of May undesignated plate donations will be gifted to Emergency Food Network and our Christ Church Tacoma Hunger Walk Team.  Thank you to all who have been able to make a donation, so far we have raised over $2,000 which will provide more than 4,000 meals!
