Children in Worship
Children of all ages are welcome in worship, wiggles and all. Special areas in the worship space provide parent -and-child-friendly seating. Activity packets called KidsWord and Little KidsWord (non-readers) are available at the church entrance and follow our weekly lectionary.
Friday Night Out
We offer Kids’ Night Out the first Friday of every month during the school year, OR from October – May for kids ages 5-10 from 5-8:30pm.
This Family Ministry assists single parents and couples who have little support and need respite. We are one of the only programs in the community to offer this service free of charge. The kids are provided dinner and an assortment of activities and games. All teachers have taken the Safe Church curriculum with the Diocese of Olympia. One of our teachers is a retired music teacher who brings a monthly musical activity with drums or hand instruments that the kids love.
