Rental Fees

For business and nonprofit rental fees, please contact the Parish Office.

For wedding receptions:

The Wells Hall Main Floor

Up to 8 hours per event for $2,000, starting no earlier than 10:00am, with additional hours as available @ $350/hour up to 10:00pm.  Use of the Main Floor includes the Green Room and Courtyard, along with the Kitchen.  Your rental time includes all setup, deliveries, cleanup and photo sessions.

Wells Hall Fee Schedule: 

  • With contract: $1,000 + $750 deposit (total of $1,750)
  • Due prior to 60 days before event: balance due of $1,000, plus any additional fees

The Fireplace Room

Up to 8 hours for $1,200.  Use of the Fireplace Room includes use of the adjacent Prep/Banquet Service Room, bathroom, and Kitchen, depending on availability.  Your rental time includes all setup, deliveries, cleanup and photo sessions.

Fireplace Room Fee Schedule: 

  • With contract: $600 + $750 deposit (total of $1,350)
  • Due prior to 60 days before event: balance due of $600, plus any additional fees

All Rentals

All rentals require a $750 conditionally-refundable deposit.

Due with signed contract are ½ half of the rental fee plus the conditionally-refundable deposit of $750.  The balance of all fees is due prior to 60 days before your event, along with all permits and the liability insurance.

Other Fees for additional Amenities:

  • Table linens (white only, no napkins) @ $10/table
  • Place settings (dinner/ dessert plates, soup bowls, knife, fork, spoon, soup spoon) for up to 150 settings @ $7/person
  • Coffee/tea service for up to 150, including coffee, decaf, assorted teas, sugar, creamer, and stirrers @ $2/person.
