Our Office Staff is available to assist with event setup planning, and our Event Host remains on-site during the entire event to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Wells Hall Fireplace Room Available Amenities

  • Screen for presentations, with 3’ x 3’ card table for your presentation projector (projector not provided)
  • Large Banquet table, seats from 6 to 20
  • Round tables, each seats 8, up to total of 6 tables/48 persons
  • 80 chairs, for auditorium-style seating
  • Adjacent prep or buffet serving room

  • Ample counter space
  • 2 refrigerators
  • 2 ovens for warming food only
  • Microwave

Wells Hall Green Room Available Amenities

  • Private, lockable space
  • Comfy couch and two chairs

Other amenities for additional fees

  • Table linens (white only, no napkins) @ $10/table
  • Place settings (dinner/ dessert plates, soup bowls, knife, fork, spoon, soup spoon) for 150 @ $7/person
  • Coffee/tea service for up to 150, including coffee, decaf, assorted teas, sugar, creamer, and stirrers; served in china cups @ $2/person.
