His research focuses on the intersection of religion, gender, and American politics in the twentieth century.

Christian Supersessionism with The Rev’d Maria McDowell

Christian Supersessionism is the original “great replacement” theory, which undergirds racist and nationist ideologies. We will discuss the Christian foundations for supersessionism, and how it seeps into our Lenten worship.
